Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Act as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order with Letsbuyshoes at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. To cancel this contract, you must inform us in writing via our returns form which can be found in the member area.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our (refunds policy). If your order has already been dispatched then you will have to return the goods to us, please see Returns section below. Returns
You must return any Products you wish to cancel to us within 14 days of receiving them, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. Furthermore it is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details, including a letter detailing the return are included within the returned package.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. We recommend that you return your parcel to us using a delivery service that insures against loss and requires signature as proof of delivery.

Wrong Item Received
If the item that you received is not what you originally ordered then please contact enquiries@irregularchoice.com, quoting your order number and contact details. We will then advise how to return the products to us for a refund or replacement product.
Refunds will be processed in line with our terms and conditions.
Exchanges
We are sorry but our stores are unable to return / exchange orders that have been processed on line, and vice versa our internet department is unable to exchange / refund store purchases.
Should you wish to exchange an item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, you must then return the items to us immediately. The unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of ordering.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same item. If you want an entirely different product, you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want.
Should the item you have requested as an exchange not be available, we will give you the option of a full refund excluding carriage costs or the option to have the goods returned to you.
In order to return a product for exchange you must follow our returns procedure shown above.
